I’ll Play (illplay.org) is a personal hobby project I run to help friends organize tennis matches. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Site

• You must provide your real name and a working email address and/or phone number.
• You decide whether to receive email and/or SMS by selecting the opt-in checkboxes on your Profile.
• The site may send you emails or SMS texts about match invitations and updates based on your opt-ins.
• Message frequency: varies by match activity and may be several messages per week.
• You can stop SMS at any time by unchecking SMS in your Profile or replying STOP. Text HELP for help. Standard message & data rates may apply.
• You can mark optional “away from tennis” periods to pause unnecessary notifications while you’re unavailable.
• Use the site only for arranging tennis matches; no spam or unrelated activities.

Availability

This is a hobby project. I don’t guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices. I may change or shut down the site at any time without notice.

Responsibility

• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You’re responsible for your own activities when meeting up for matches; the site only helps with scheduling.

Liability

I’m not responsible for any problems that arise from using the site, including missed matches, communication issues, disputes, injuries, or other losses. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

Changes

I may update these terms at any time. If I do, I’ll update the date at the top.
