I’ll Play (illplay.org) is a personal hobby project I run to help friends organize tennis matches, including at local clubs. I am not a business, and the service is provided as-is. I care about your privacy and keep this policy simple and clear for users in Oregon.

Your email address and/or phone number (used for match notifications)
Your opt-in choices for email and/or SMS, set via checkboxes on your Profile
Optional “away from tennis” periods so you don’t receive invitations while unavailable
Match scheduling details (e.g., invitations you send or receive)
Basic technical info (e.g., browser type or IP address) to keep the site working

How I Use Your Information

To send match invitations, updates, and reminders (email or SMS per your opt-in settings)
To avoid notifying you during your marked “away” periods
To let your tennis buddies contact you through the site when appropriate
To maintain safety, performance, and reliability of the site

SMS Messaging

By checking the SMS opt-in box and providing your number, you agree to receive match-related texts.
Message frequency: varies by match activity and may be several messages per week.
You can opt out anytime by unchecking SMS in your Profile or replying STOP to a text.
Text HELP for help. Standard message & data rates may apply.

What I Don’t Do

I don’t sell your information.
I don’t share your information except as needed to run the service (e.g., email/SMS and hosting providers).

Your Choices

Control email and/or SMS via the opt-in checkboxes on your Profile at any time.
Delete your account, and I’ll remove your profile information as soon as possible.
Contact me if you need to access or correct your information.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfect.

Kids

This site isn’t for children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update the date at the top.
